Hummus, taramosalata, tzatziki and babaganush served with pita bread

Home-made duck terrine accompanied with pomegranate and flavoured with Cumberland sauce

Sea bass in lobster sauce
Fresh sea bass roulade stuffed with king prawns, bathed in rich lobster sauce and served with truffle oil pomme puree
Tournedos Rossini
Himalayan salt-aged British beef fillet steak served on toasted bread, topped with paté, flavoured with Madeira sauce and accompanied with hand cut chips
Chicken roulade
Breast of chicken, flattened, stuffed with asparagus and mozzarella, then rolled and wrapped in Parma ham, served with pilaf rice on a bed of red pepper and ‘nduja sausage veloute’
