Pan seared wild scallops served with a béarnaise foam, cocoa crumble and seafood scoglio.

Smoked Duck
Pan seared smoked duck breast, accompanied by chicory flavoured with aromatized oranges, served with madeira sauce.

Celeriac Soup VE
Served with a balsamic reduction, basil oil and sourdough bread.

Parsnip and Shallot Tart V
A braised parsnip and shallot tart, served with char-grilled parsnips, fresh pears, almond and chilli.

Main Courses

Beef and Potato Terrine
8oz beef fillet, served with potato mille fuille, accompanied by a rich jus flavoured with Amarone wine.

Hand-carved Slow Cooked Turkey
Hand-carved turkey, stuffed with turkey mousse, redcurrant and lemon, served with baby potatoes, honey roasted roots and served with sourdough sauce.

Pumpkin Risotto V/VE
Risotto made with Delica pumpkins, served with chestnut, vegetable crisps and a sage jus. Vegan option available.

Wild Sea Bass
Pan-seared wild sea bass fillet, served with tenderstem broccoli, stuffed piquillo peppers, served with squid-ink sauce.


Sticky Toffee Pudding
Served with salty caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Chocolate Pudding
Tempting gooey-centred chocolate sponge pudding made with real Belgian chocolate, served with zabaglione and a brandy sauce.

Superb, traditional Greek dessert, rich and sweet, made of layers of filo, with pumpkin, meringue and amaretto crumble.

Cucumber, sour cream, chives and pomegranate seed, served with rustic bread. V.

Goats’ cheese and pesto tartlet served in a garlic and mature pecorino sauce, drizzled with truffle oil, topped with a sprinkle of herbs, seeds and breadcrumbs. V

Smoked Duck served on a bed of concassé salad.

Vegetable crisps, balsamic glaze and ciabatta. Vegan option available {VE}.

Camembert fondue V
Oven baked Camembert with garlic, rosemary and redcurrant jam, served with sourdough bread.

King Prawns and Scallops
Hand dived scallops and tiger prawns cooked in a champagne and langoustine velouté.

Dry-aged Himalayan 12oz rib-eye steak char-grilled, served with Dauphinoise potatoes in a creamy brandy and peppercorn sauce.

Cooked with samphire, asparagus and baby spinach, accompanied by creamy black truffle mashed potatoes, served with a white wine, Prosecco and seafood sauce.
