Pan fried king prawns in a Bottega-prosecco-and-lobster velouté, served with sourdough bread.

Ham Hock Terrine
Ham hock terrine on a bed of red chicory, piccalilli chutney, drizzled with a red berry coulis and served with sourdough bread.

Funghi Caprino V/VE
Oven baked goats’ cheese served with portobello mushrooms, banana shallots and wilted spinach, sprinkled with roasted pine nuts and a parsley ash. Suitable for vegans by swapping the cheese.

Medaglioni al Tartufo *Surcharge £3.95
Medallions of British beef tenderloin cooked with wild mushrooms, Madeira wine and cream, flavoured with truffle oil and served with Koffmann hand-cut chips.

Orchidee Barbabietola V
Orchid shaped pasta filled with fresh ricotta and wild truffle, cooked with mascarpone, pistachio and rosemary, bathed in a rich beetroot-and-red-chard sauce, topped with courgette ribbons.

Spigola al Forno
Oven baked sea bass served with homemade gnocchi, cooked in a creamy Devon crab sauce.

Tacchino Tradizionale
Hand carved turkey breast with lemon and thyme stuffing, served with chipolata pigs-in-blankets, potatoes roasted in smoked beef dripping, honey-roasted parsnips, carrots, Brussels sprouts and green beans, accompanied by a rich gravy.

Arrosto Vegano VE
Cauliflower sformato with crispy kale and caramelised pine nuts, served with roast potatoes, honey roasted parsnip, carrots, Brussels sprouts and green beans accompanied by a rich vegan gravy.

Cervo alla Veneziana
Pan fried venison steak with caramelised honey-roasted pears, wilted baby spinach, dauphinoise potatoes served with bourbon whisky and marmalade jus.

Halibut allo Champagne
Oven baked halibut on a bed of Jerusalem artichoke velouté, served with a champagne butter sauce, accompanied by dauphinoise potatoes.

Aragosta ai Funghi V/VE
King oyster and lobster mushrooms cooked with shallots, green beans, beetroot, heritage carrots, served on a bed of mash and chimichurri sauce.
