Formerly a Greek taverna called ‘Sousta’. We acquired the empty property in 2017 and transformed a drab and dated restaurant into a fabulous dining experience.

We created innovative surroundings depicting the ancient “Mediterranevm” of Roman times, again with our trademark magnificent, hand-painted murals, plus Trompe-l’œil paintings of beautiful Mediterranean vineyards, stunning coastlines and picturesque lakeside scenery.

Whilst carefully preserving much of the original building, we extended it and added a fabulous atrium and a dedicated wine room, where you can taste the world’s extraordinary wines.

A completely new kitchen was also added, plus we transformed the garden for al fresco dining in the summer months.
