This promotion is issued and managed by Mediterranevm Group Ltd.
In these conditions ‘you’ are the customer and goods purchaser or receipt holder.
‘Restaurant’ is one of the Restaurants under the name of Mediterranevm Group Ltd.
‘We’ are Mediterranevm Group Limited, incorporated in England with company number 12059680 with registered office and correspondence address at Bath House, 6-8 Bath Street, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS1 6HL.
“Receipt” – paper receipt printed by Restaurant’s team member when accepting payment from the customer.
“Gift” – product or service that specified as a gift in the receipt.
Receipt based marketing – any promotions that are displayed on the receipt.
By claiming the gift and providing the receipt you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’).
3. All gifts will be given out based on sequence decided by Restaurant. Customers cannot choose on their own.
4. Each receipt can only be used for joining promotion activity or gift redemption once. All chopped receipts cannot be used as well as the receipts amended by Restaurant’s team member by crossing out promotion box.
5. Eligible amount only includes the actual spending amount (the net amount after deduction of discount
6. Customers are required to redeem gifts within the date range specified on the receipt. Receipts that are not printed within the specified date range will be regarded as invalid.
7. Staff can request customers to show their payment settlement of credit card, EPS card, Octopus card or other Stored Value Facilities interface under the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (PSSVFO) for verification and confirmation of related transaction information.
8. A valid sales receipt must be machine-printed in the Restaurant and contain the date, the name of merchant, merchant number, receipt number, transaction number, transaction date and amount of transaction.
9. Revised, re-printed, copied, handwritten receipt is not acceptable. All receipts presented will be taken by the Restaurant’s team member for internal record.
10. Use of gift voucher or gift card is not entitled to join any promotions of the Restaurant.
11. For partial payment receipts, only the value of the bill per table will be considered valid. Splitting the bill of one table in 2 or more bills will not be considered as a multiple receipt. Only 1 receipt per table will be eligible for promotion. All the other receipts printed for the same table will be with the crossed out promotional text.
12. Each receipt of payment or transaction can only be used for promotion once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
13. All gifts cannot be redeemed for cash, or for other gift vouchers, products or service. They are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
14. In case of any disputes relating to validity of receipt, Restaurant’s manager reserve the right to make final decision. If a member refuses or fails to provide sufficient information for verification, the receipt(s) presented may be regarded as invalid.
15. All customers joining the program means they have read, understood and agree with the terms & conditions.

17. In case of disputes, Mediterranevm Group LTD., participating merchants and suppliers reserve the right of final decision.
18. Claiming / redeeming the gift when presenting the valid receipt within the date range specified on the receipt is only will be possible if the customer booked/reserved a table on the date and time of the claim/redeem. Or if the customer placed an order with any food and drinks or other Restaurant’s products. No table reservation or not willing to occupy a table and place an order will not make the redeeming of the gift possible.
