Mediterranevm Group Limited (“Mediterranevm”, “we“, “us” or “our“) is offering a chance to win a £250 Virgin gift experience (the “Prize“) by dining with us on Father’s Day 2024 and completing the online competition form (as defined below) (the “Promotion“). By participating in the Promotion, you are you are accepting these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion. Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over.
  2. Mediterranevm employees, suppliers or contractors (or the immediate family members of such persons) are not eligible to win the Prize.
  3. In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. We may require proof that you are able to enter the Promotion.
  4. Only one entry per entrant is permitted. Multiple submissions of the online competition form from the same person will not result in additional entries for the Promotion.
  5. We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion.

How to enter

  1. This Promotion runs from Sunday 16th June 2024 from 00:01 (the “Opening Date“) and ends on Thursday 20th June at 23:59 (the “Closing Date“). All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
  2. To enter the Promotion:
    1. Entrants must have dined with us on Father’s Day and paid the bill.
    2. Entrants must scan the QR code on the receipt and fill the online competition form. If unable to scan the QR code the form can be found: https://mediterranevm.co.uk/fathers-day-competition/. This can only be done online for the entry to be valid.
  3. There is no payment required to enter the Promotion.
  4. Mediterranevm will not accept responsibility for any Promotion entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or unable to be delivered for any technical or other reason.

Prize

  1. One winner will be drawn. Each entrant will be in with a chance of winning the Prize.
  2. There is no cash alternative to the Prize. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.

Promotion winners

  1. The winner will be selected at random from all the Promotion entries, within 5 days of the Closing Date, and in accordance with these Terms. The winner will be drawn at random, and the price draw will fully comply with the laws of chance.
  2. The decision of Mediterranevm is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered.
  3. Mediterranevm will contact the winner via e-mail as soon as reasonably practicable after completion of the prize draw.
  4. Mediterranevm will attempt to contact the winner up to three times. If the winner does not respond to either of the emails notifying them of their win within 7 days of the third email, they will lose their right to the Prize, and Mediterranevm reserves the right to randomly choose and notify a new winner.
  5. Each Prize must be redeemed in accordance with these Terms and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize.
